Headcount Group collects personal data directly from you, when you:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Deal with Headcount Group by phone, letter, email or web
\n\u2022 Supply a CV or other form of application
\n\u2022 Subscribe to email updates
\n\u2022 Submit information in connection with an application
\n\u2022 Complete psychometric assessments<\/p>\n

We may also collect personal data from 3rd parties, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Professionals references
\n\u2022 Results of competency tests
\n\u2022 Subjective feedback on performance
\n\u2022 Information from or about you in relation to workplace complaints, accidents

We will store your data within our Database (SW2), an internal system accessible only by our team based in our Dublin offices.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 to define suitable opportunities across the Headcount Group
\n\u2022 to apply for jobs on your behalf

\n\u2022 to contact you on occasion with information with career opportunities<\/p>\n

We will delete your personal data from our systems if we have not had any meaningful contact with you (or, where appropriate, the company you are working for or with) for ten years (or for such longer period as we believe in good faith that the law or relevant regulators require us to preserve your data).<\/p>\n
